One Direction upset Elite League Ice Hockey team in row over postponed fixture

One Direction have upset the Sheffield Steelers by forcing their match with the Belfast Giants to be postponed to make way for a rescheduled gig.

1D had to call off Tuesday's concert after band member Liam fell ill and the SSE Arena will instead stage the concert on Friday, meaning the Belfast ice hockey team cannot fulfil their planned fixture against the Steelers on the same night.    

But the Sheffield-based Elite League side have complained angrily about the decision to move their match for the world's biggest boyband.
